Your Orders
As soon as you place your order your details will arrive with our sales department, who, as we're are open every day, will process it there and then! Next, we will pass your details to our national installations department so that an engineer can be allocated to install your chosen product. The engineer will then contact you within 24hours to arrange a mutually convenient time, date and location to conduct the installation. On the day of installation the engineer will bring the system purchased with him, along with the paperwork, certificates and owner's manuals.
Further Information
We recommend that you only use approved and authorised installers for the fitting of your Toad and Sterling systems. Approved installers will only sell the systems as fitted and not on a supply-only basis. Proof of fitting by an approved installer will also be necessary for both the guarantee and your certificate of installation for insurance purposes. For an added seal of approval ask for MESF (Mobile Electronic Security Federation) accreditation.
